This agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") is an official offer by JSFS (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") to any individual (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") to enter into an agreement under the following terms:

 

1. Subject of the Offer

1.1. The Seller provides the Buyer with access to a private Telegram channel in exchange for payment made via Telegram Stars.

 

2. Access Terms

2.1. Access is granted only after full payment.

2.2. The subscription period is indicated at the time of purchase and is automatically renewed unless canceled by the Buyer.

2.3. Access includes the ability to read and view content in the private Telegram channel.

2.4. Re-access after cancellation or expiration is not guaranteed unless a new payment is made.

 

3. Price and Payment

3.1. Payment is made in Telegram Stars according to Telegram’s internal rules.

3.2. Conversion rates, taxes, and commissions are determined by Telegram and may vary depending on the platform (iOS, Android, Web).

3.3. The Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring the correctness of the payment and usage of Stars.

 

4. Disclaimer

4.1. All content provided is for informational/entertainment purposes only and is not professional advice.

4.2. The Seller is not responsible for technical failures in Telegram.

 

5. Refund Policy

5.1. Refunds of Telegram Stars are not possible due to platform limitations.

5.2. Claims or issues can be submitted via email: ask@jsfun.shop.

6. Other

6.1. This agreement comes into effect upon payment.

6.2. By subscribing, the Buyer confirms acceptance of the terms of this offer.

6.3. The Seller reserves the right to update this offer by publishing a revised version on the website.
