Shipping policy


JSFS  (“we” and “us”) is the operator of ( (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.


Orders are processed in 2-3 days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.



Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We have free shipping for most countries. See page Payment and Delivery  for exceptions. 

There is also an Express delivery option (5-9 business days)  that you can choose at checkout. The cost of Express delivery is calculated depending on the destination country and weight of the parcel.


The delivery time depends on the destination country and customs process. Usually it is 15-25 working days (2-5 weeks). We track parcels from the same sources as our customers and cannot influence these processes. Please be patient while waiting for your parcels, if any unexpected delays occur. We will be in touch with you and will try to do our best.

You can choose EXPRESS delivery, which, depending on the country – will take from 5 to 9 business days (7-11 calendar days).

As some products are made to order, handmade and are listed as items that cannot be resold
for health/hygiene reasons,
we do not accept returns or exchanges. This applies to some items that are handmade,
such as earrings,
as well as clothing, related to underwear.We exchange all other items at the buyer's request.

We accept order cancellations if :

  • Request a cancellation: within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Cancellation requests are only accepted via email to


It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.


Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are

subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.


If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.



When dealing with JSFS.SHOP you have the following options when it comes to taxes as well as import duties: You will be required to settle the requisite fees when the items are arriving in the destination country.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to JSFS.SHOP at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

In some cases if you refuse to pay the fees, the parcels are disposed of by the carrier (because their return to us – exceeds the value of the goods several times).



If you specified a P.O. Box address as your address, your order will be shipped by postal service. Please note that express shipping to P.O. Boxes is not available. 

If you chose P.O. Boxes as your address in the checkout process and paid for express shipping, we will try to ship in the fastest way possible in that case, but we probably won't be able to keep the express shipping time.


When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you have not received your order within the time frame set by your shipping rate after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
